At Afford Super Market, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and convenient grocery delivery services across Pakistan. Below are the details of our delivery policies:

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following cities/regions:

  • Punjab (All major areas)
  • Sindh (All major areas)
  • Islamabad/Rawalpindi (All Major Areas)
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (Selected zones)
  • Balochistan (Selected zones)
    (Check your delivery availability by entering your address at checkout.)

2. Delivery Timings & Slots

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 Days (depending on location & order time).
  • Express Delivery: 2–4 Days (available for select areas, additional charges apply).
  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (7 days a week).

Note: Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery Charges: PKR 600 COD On orders above PKR 10000 (All Over Pakistan).

4. Order Tracking

  • Receive Email updates with your order status.
  • Track your delivery in real-time via our website/app.
  • Contact customer support for delays or issues.

5. Delivery Guidelines

✔ Contactless Delivery: Default option for safety.
✔ Proof of Delivery: Sign/OTP may be required.
✔ Unattended Delivery: If you’re unavailable, driver will call before leaving.
❌ No Address Changes: Once confirmed, changes may delay delivery.

Q: Do you deliver outside city limits?

A: Currently, only selected outskirts are covered. Enter your address to check availability.

A: Yes! Modify your slot 4 hours before delivery via your account.

Q: What if I’m not home?

A: The driver will call you. If unreachable, the order may be returned, and a re-delivery fee applied.
