2. Return Process

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days via original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Subject to product availability.

3. Refund Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer or mobile wallet.
  • Store Credit: Instant (if preferred).

4. Conditions for Returns

  • Original invoice/packing slip required.
  • Unused/unopened products (except defective items).
  • Return requests after 24 hours may not be entertained.
